INjury Support
Community Support Services
The Traumatic Brian Injury Support Program aims to provide individuals affected by brain injury the tools and resources needed to thrive, while supporting every survivor and their families or support networks each step of the way. It’s estimated that 1 in every 10 people is affected by brain injury and between 6,000 to 8,000 Wisconsinites experiences a Traumatic Brain Injury every year. Through the TBI Support Program, TBI survivors living throughout the greater Fox Cities region will have access to resources, support, and, most importantly, hope. From injury to independence, it is our mission to serve not only the survivor, but their families, caregivers, and support networks.
Our Mission: Support, navigate, inform, and care for our community members living with a traumatic brain injury.
